Heater issues

Hi Guys.
Need help if at all an easy discussion.
BWM 316i F30 2014
I've just realized that my heater is not working.
This is where I need your help to say yes it is this or not likely.
Water leak on one of the water pipes, yes THAT ONE underneath the enjin. Since I was far away form help I had to add radiator stop leak, 3 bottles, to get home. Can this be a cause of blocking the radiator or water flow being reduced?
Or the heater motor maybe?

If the car has the incorrect coolant or even at very low level it can cause the heater not to work. Advice would to start at repairing water leaks and topping up with BMW coolant and correct mixing ratio with distilled water and check from there if it helps

That stop leak shit gets in everything and you used 3 bottles. I would start with a proper flush, sort out the coolant leak and take it from there. I'm sure your car has some sort of electronic valve to control the flow of water to the heater core so check that next.

I had a pinhole leak on my radiator and a customer told me tumeric, yes the spice will seal it till I can get it replaced, he added a tablespoon of the stuff to the radiator and suprisingly it held until I finally got to it 3 months later.

Radiator was flushed twice. What I noticed was that of the 4 vents, the left 2 blows some heat while the 2 right only cold air! Can this be a vent blower issue?

I'm going to put ashwagandha in my E36 cooling system so that it never has an issue ever again.

Possibly your heater control valve is gone! Hence one side its cold air.
