F30 Sump + dent repairs

Hi guys. Just putting some feelers out there. I was wondering whether it's possible to buy a sump for my 2014 BMW 320i MSPort and to let someone other then the dealer fit it for me off the books, they are crazy expensive.
I'm also looking for the some good panelbeaters to repair some minor dents an scratches I have as well as rim refurbishing.
