F30 Drivetrain Issues

Good day

I got this error driving to work this morning and BMW can only help me next week Thursday?

Car just went out of motorplan

I know this is a long shot but in the meantime can anyone tell me what this could be?

What car is it? did you perhaps try another dealership?

You will need to have the codes read. Someone close to you may be able to help if they have a cable

The F20 did this.. Was the Vanos unit.. Could be anything, needs codes read. Try JSN if you are in JHB, they have next day bookings. I have never waited for a booking..

My 135i did this once and I went to Boksburg Alpina , they plugged it in, the fault was something to do with air intake, they cleared it and it never happened again.
