Ok Gizmo, I have edited the 1st thread as it's largely irrelevant to the point of the car making this power on 30% correction yesterday:
![]()
The reason for editing the correction factors on the original JB post many months ago was because I posted that image on the American forums and got massive debate around the 30% correction. It was the same before and after but the yanks were fixated on the absolute number of 30% being too high. Even thought the stock car made 125wkw which is what they get.
so to avoid wasting my time on every post explaining that the 30% correction does nothing on our dynos I edited it out to avoid frustration arguing with idiots.

Will the correction factor change the power to 75-80wkw more ? I personally don't think so. Just my 2 cents.
Ross from RBTS racing showed me the common SA practice of dyno cheating on his own dyno and how increasing the ambient correction ratio percentages increase the dyno readouts. He taught me to always look for those correction percentages in dyno printouts, his advice has held true through the years, just saying.S_N said:Gizmo said:Then if the 30% correction does nothing to our dyno readouts then why alter it in the first place?
