F30 320i bored need more power

Howzit guys

I have a F30 320i Msport Auto.

After a year i'm a little bored of the power and looking at upgrades, but still hoping to keep my plan...

Any suggestions??

I was looking at installing a bolt on downpipe but not sure how much gains i would really get with that and if BMW will pick it up and void my plan.

Definitely a JB4. I've witnessed the results first hand. Xceded fitted one to my mate's car. Very impressive. I believe it went to 172wkw (KAR).

Buy a faster car, no 320i owner could have ever thought it was quick... even the f30 320i, its slow....

I have a friend with a F30 320i that has a CPI plug n play unit.... His car made 122kw standard and after the plug n play he made 156kw. If you in Durban I can arrange a test drive... I was really impressed with the car.

Both dyno runs were done on the same dyno the same day.

Still on plan, but you need to remove it before servicing. There have been no issues with it, codes thrown etc...

The Schnitzer option is very expensive relative to the gains but there are no headaches with motorplan or BMW suddenly coming up with a way to be able to detect your software or JB4. This is why I won't take a chance yet on my M5. I can't risk the plan yet... maybe later on, closer to the end. In the mean time it's just Schnitzer springs due to arrive this week and maybe a couple of cosmetic things in the next year.

There are a few guys running Race Chip, but I am not sure what their gains are like apart from them saying they are happy with the change. Nobody I know has one and done a dyno run. With JB4 on the 320i, it is easily felt and the gains are way more than dyno variance between runs/atmospheric conditions.
