So I just bought a BMW F30, 320d N47 Engine, and when the engine is under load I'll recieve a MIL with a Drivetrain Warning on the dash putting the car into limp mode. If I stop the engine and start it again the warning disappears and the car drives perfectly untill I put my foot down too fast, or for too long and the dash lights up again and so this cycle continues
When I plug in my scan tool (Delphi DS150E) It shows the fault code
P0087 : Rail Pressure regulated volume probability: the low rail pressure / positive
change deviation
Has anyone had experience with this issue ?
I know there are 2 pressure control valves, and 1 pressure sensor, all expensive parts and I don't want to have to replace all 3 when only 1 is broken
