ok kewl gents we all have own opinion.....much appreicated gents......i like the skyline and i think its amazing car , the videos that rommies posted up was top......both car are awsum to driv, i also had the plessure of being in both cars.....

gents im a bmw man and no car or anythng can change wat i think of bmw......

am with you on that. love the bmw but the gtr gets my heart racing more. i know its a nissan but man what a nissan it is!

so the gtr gets my vote and i dont drive at 250km/h so what happens at those speeds dont really interest me. (altho I still believe that the latest GTR wipes the floor with the M5 as far as performance goes)

This has been discussed more than once before. The 2 cars are each build to do completely different things. The GTR is a track monster that can be used on the road while the M5 is your everyday bruiser which you can take on the track from time to time. Not really comparable IMO.

Personally I would choose the M5 for use in the real world, but as a track machine the obvious choice would be the GTR.

I am a BMW Fanatic and i dont fancy the R35 GTR that much but i will admit that its 1 Godzilla of a car, the GTR against the ///M5 - No contest, the GTR will do absolute damage...BUT lets remember, the ///M5 is a four door family saloon, totally different compared to the GTR in terms of competing segments.

This ///M5 will loose but 1 day if i am blessed to choose between the 2, i will hands down take the ///M5 as my ride! :inlove:

I believe he gtr is the best bang for the buck super car out there with the ultimate balance of power and handling. It's what dreams are made of, but the M5 comes with a full maintenance plan, keeps up with it after a few hundred meters and is a supersaloon come supercar.

I just spoke to a guy from Nissan chatting about the gtr being my dream car and said that one day I will own one but it will it have to be second hand. He said that I would need money to buy 2nd hand.
Apparently a clutch on that dct coats 80k
Brakes can set you back 60k

M5 with MP for the win.

Or maybe a modded 135i , living the dream, lol.
