Hi All

Time to officially introduce myself I think. First off, my name is Nick and I'm the one that managed to snap up the recently advertised BMW Z4M coupe with AC Schnitzer mods.

Now I've been a massive petrolhead for years and have been the proud owner of a Mazda MX-5 for over 4 years now. It was however time to move on and up in the motoring world and the BMW Z4m coupe seemed like a great place to land up, as it's something just that little bit special and unique as well as having amazing handling characteristics so synonymous with an M car.

I'll have many questions on the car, but will put all of that under the Z forums later. For now, a big thanks to both Divesh and Rory for their help introducing me to what will hopefully become a machine that I have many great adventures in.

Congrats man.

If I'm honest, not a huge fan of the body kit on this Z, however, these are awesome cars, and the S54 is one of the best engines ever produced.

Many happy and safe miles.

Haha as I expected this car divides opinions quite a lot!

@ecKARd - Still have the Miata, but will have to go for financial reasons :(

@Jerez - Agreed, the photo makes it look worse than it is, just a small tweak required.

@Gizmo - Those are the AC Schnitzer side deflectors, quite like them as I think they make the car instantly recognisable. Wheels definitely going to go, wanna go back to 18s for comfort reasons.

@WaNaV8GoCart - Disagree bud, think this kit is epic, particularly the rear diffuser!

@Ofentse - Gonna be removing them for 18s. They're in mint condition though so PM me if you're interested!

Bud the car looks epic, it is different from the norm, not mundane and has serious presence.

Why dont you leave the wheels for a bit, yes they are different...but they work with the kit.

It may not be easy finding another wheel to compliment the more "substantial" look of the car with the ACS bits.

What wheel are you wanting to change to?

Hoping you steering clear of the bland looking oem wheel and the other usual suspects, that would ruin the look of the car.

p.s just my .50c:rollsmile:

@Razz - I'm in Joburg hey. Bought it in CT and drove her all the way up on Sunday!

@WyKiD - They definitely give the car presence, but probably a bit to "gangsta" for me... I'm looking at CSL replica wheels and ACS Type IV Bicolour Black. Both 18s, as 19s are to harsh on a day to day basis, plus the tyres are crazy expensive. Only just start looking though so looking at loads of other options too! Also gonna try get hold of the ACS spoiler for the car cos I think that looks crazy awesome.
