End of Motorplan in sight

Hi guys, I'm left with about 3000 kms before my mplan lapses so I wanted to find out if there is anything specific I need to tell the dealership to check while I still have a few kms of mplan left. I have a 2011 320d auto.

If you are willing to drop between R600- R1000 (depending on dealer) getting them to do a quality check. They will sort out any M/plan related issues.

I haven't had any issues, dealer recently changed the front shox, both rear lights, rear disks and brakes. I will get a printout of the cars history.

Why not extend the M/plan? I think the pricing works per 10 000kms or yearly?

If you financed with BMW Finance, check if you can include the plan into your finance, I did that with my E46, if you don't want to outlay a large
capital amount upfront.

I did get quotes on extension and here goes:

10000kms - R12816.78
15000kms - R19494.56
20000kms - R26347.26

Same as me - 320d auto got 3000km left. The fuel economy took a dive recently by about 1-1.5 l/100km. I told them about it, but they said the car is perfect. Also had front shocks replaced now. So I'll watch this thread to see if there's any more advice. That quality check sounds like a plan.

Mine is in today for the sub under the passenger seat, it distorts when I'm over 130km/h regardless of the volume level.

I spoke to a guy at Club motors fountains and he says they don't do quality checks unless they are doing a mplan ownership change.

I wished BMW checked the car for free like Audi does. Last week my Audi (99000 kms), the dealer asked me to bring the car in and they replaced Brakes, Clutch, Shocks without me paying for some report.

My E93 335i motorplan is expiring in May and I extended by 1 year @ R13 950. I don't want to take chances with her.
