E93 - closing roof with key

I can open the roof with the key but can't close it. Is there a setting in the iDrive that needs to be changed or can the roof not be closed at all using the key?

Is there an actual button on the key for the roof? On my car, I press and hold the lock button which locks the car and closes all the windows and sunroof, I think on the E46 330i convertible, it closes the roof too.

on all the BMW's (5 so far) either pushing and holding down the lock key on the remote for approx 10 seconds or with the key in the door lock holding it in the full lock position for similar amount of time, I can hear all the individual doors and windows going thru a "locked/closed" check....and anything still open will be locked/closed.
