E90 M Performance Power kit 320d

Hi guys.

Just a quick question. I've read on the forum about factory 'M performance Power Kit' for the 320d. However, most posts predate the launch of the F30... Does anybody know if BMW still offers the kit for the e90 135kw model now in 2014? My guess is that the engine in my late 2011 320d is pretty similar to f30 engine...

Yes, they are available. Contact any BMW Dealer. Parts can also be bought over-seas using E-Bay at reasonable cost

Yes it can be bought on eBay at a cheaper price although the down side to it is if a problem arises bmw is lazy to work on it ASAP because it wasn't purchased from them. A friends bro is having the same problem, bmw seems to be dragging their feet in sorting his issue out. The first thing they said to him is that the kit could be defective and they gonna try and trace which batch it came from etc. Best you just buy from the dealer , pay alittle more and if you have any issues you can keep nailing them over and over. Wow thread revival time. Unless your car is on motor plan there is 0 point buying the PPK (above mentioned kit) from bmw.

Is the Race-Chip actually worth it in terms of gains?

Reason for my question is that I've tried it on both my 320d and 330d with dismal gains
