E90 Brake Fluid

Hi Guys

My car shows its due for a service in 7000km
I took the key in for a reading and it says that the brake fluid is due in 30 days.

The guy at bmw says that they drain the old fluid, bleed the system ad refill new dot 4.
R780.00
Apparently this is done once a year

Is this true

Well they quoted me the following
Oil
Oil Filter
Scope
Brake fluid bleed and refill
Labour
R2050.00 inclusive

My car is on 112 000km

Aaah ok, so it was just the fluid that was R780. Ok cool, although a little pricey/

You don't feel comfortable doing this as a DIY? Might work out a little cheaper?

R 780 for fluid is madness I can supply liquimoly or Motul at less than half the price both are better fluids than what BMW uses

Its R780.00 including labour
They quoted me for the brake fluid and labour first, and then quoted me in total including the service.
