e90 330i tyres

Morning all

The time has come to replace tyres. I do have a few questions before I do as its the first time for the E90. I had an e39 before which was much simpler because he didn't have runflats.

1. Which tyres are best for road noise and durability? I have contis on now and they make one helluva noise. On the e39 I had b/stones, but the 5'er didn't have low profiles.

2. What is the story with fitting non-runflats? I understand one can get a puncture repair kit as the 3series doesn't have space to carry a spare. Should I consider this option and if so, what is the best kit to have?

3. Who in CT can you recommend for reasonable prices?

Much thanks

Going for the Conti SS3, apparently they have less NVH than the current SS2. The B/stones are harder tyres, this I know from experience, and would be even more so on runflats.
