Have you measured the springs to make sure that they are the same size? One of my partners (a meticulous individual) discovered that all but one of his brand new 335i’s springs are the “sport pack†kind whilst the front left strut had the usual/standard spring. I may mention that the same Dealer and various other dealers failed to discover this error notwithstanding the owner’s insistence that the car looked higher on the one side - his observation was dismissed for various reasons. The matter was eventually resolved when the owner, dealer who sold the car and a group of the Dealer’s technicians jointly measured the vehicle height and subsequently removed the offending spring “to first make sure that they didn’t measure wrongâ€Â. Needless to say, the labeling and description on the offending spring was confirmed that it was not “sport pack†springs.

On my E36 I thought the springs were stuffed, had a brand new set fitted with new shocks, it was a little better but still sits with drivers side lower. Also the hand brake pulls it more skew as well as it has more pressure on 1 side than other, must get that sorted.
There is a thread on this topic, will search to find it

I can try that but as i said another set of springs showed the same results...
