I have seen the same on a friend of mine's m3, his was torn bad, but he tig welded it, said its stronger than anything else and was a neat finnish

The correct solution to this problem is reinforce plates.I have imported them from the USA and have them for sale. PM me if you interested.will post pics of the kit when my car is done. It's the best thing to do as the E36 and E46 have this sickness.:thumbs:

Good idea ,you worry about turbo lag .A mod is developed with twin turbo to prevent that and the boost comes in very very early so it has instant response.

it doesnt matter what route you choose M3M5POWER, hell even if yu leave the engine as is.the amount of effort yu are putting into the detail of this car is mad enough to be appreciated turbo or not.this is really a superb build.All the best!! :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::bravo::bravo::bravo:
