E46 M3 power steering pipes

Hi guys

So my power steering pipes have a slight leak for few months now.
The dealers are really expensive and would like to know what other alternatives I have......if any.

Tune Tech say they can have them made up at a reasonable price.

I'd like to know from the forum members past experience if making them up will be a good idea and if yes, then who can I go to?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

It is possible to have a new one made up. If they replace the section with the valve, there is a possibility it could whine, so just check with them about that.

I had just the leaking section of mine (not the valved section) replaced by a local shop in CT.
