e46 - blower motor relay

Need some help please.

I have been experiencing cabin blower / fan issues whereby the fan (hot or cold) doesn't switch off. I want to replace the blower / fan relay before spending tons of cash on the final stage resistor.

Does anyone know which relay this is?

thanks. Yeah, looks like relay, but I am not sure which one. Cannot find anything conclusive on the net.
