Just keep in mind that no real gains to be had from removing cats, it will only remove the gradual losses incurred over time due to the cat losing their efficiency.

Dyno results are pretty much useless, unless it is just for seeing the shape of the torque curve, or as a comparative tool for before and after the work was done. As a form of absolute measurement it is pointless.

Thank you for clearing up some things for me, so the 320i would be making about 110kw ATW with its 126kw engine?

About the cats: I can assume the car is still sitting with its original cats at 235000km, because there is nothing on the motorplan history suggesting that the exhaust system was changed or serviced, so removing them should give an improvement in fuel consumption.

I am curious, a 330i pushing out only 118kw standard? Is this possible, because a 12V 6 cylinder 24 years it's senior(BMW E30 325i) pushes out 125kw standard? Is the new 330i a 4-cylinder?

It's measured at the wheels not at the flywheel where manufacturers like to quote from. At the wheels takes into account power lost through the drivetrain.

First step de-cat, had exhaust cats removed yesterday, car already feels more responsive, guess the manifold cats are also responsible for "choking" the life out of the engine.
