e46 330d oil cooler gave out

Hi ive just done the oil cooler January 2016
But it gave out again
Causing a water pipe to bust at a weak point

I understand when oil cooler packs up oil gets into the coolant. But causing a coolant pipe to burst i haven't heard.

Damn that oil cooler must have gave way proper. Did you use a new cooler when you replaced it the first time?

Something not right. That cooler shouldn't have given up so quick. Try to get warranty exchange on it.

Smg Requests a Rmi Receipt from the workshop and kms from date
then i will have to tow it to them for an inspection

too much of a hassle i just replaced it
