E46 330d a/c problem

Hi guys. I hope someone here can help me
My a/c is networking properly, blowing hot air from the windscreen vents, cool air from the middle vents and hot air from the foot vents. If I only use the middle vents (above the radio) then warm air comes out
I have replaced the heater control valve, refilled a/c gas, checked fuses

Can't find the problem and it's driving me crazy [FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND WINKING EYE] lol

You lucky, on my e90 the all the left vents are blowing cold and all the right vents are blowing hot :smashScreen:

but why didnt you tell me that :hammerhead: yours is most likely the heater valve.

Check the heater control valve, also see that the fuses are okay

Some idiot that worked on my car before I bought it messed up my fuses. Non of the fuses were burnt though...one was missing, replaced it and problem solved.

Btw for info sake if anyone has this problem plz check the heater control valve...mine looked new on the outside but really horrible on the inside

Is the final stage resister for the fan speed only? From what I read if the fan/blower speed is erratic the resister is faulty. Hot air blowing is either the valve, fuse or control panel.
