Ive just done all fluids except brakes which I plan to do on Saturday when I will also replace rear discs and pads.

Make sure you bed your new brakes in before going on the track... You might end up somewhere you don't want be... Enjoy!

I would also recommend racing compound brake pads, just of the the track day, brake fade is not nice.

Also turn the DSC off when on the track, cause it uses the brakes and can lead to the brakes overheating if it working a lot like on a track.

If the car is insured, notify your insurance firm that you will be driving the car on a track.

I would just do the basics:
1.) Take spark plugs with
2.) Check tyres
3.) Helmet
4.) Check oil

And you done, dont forget your buddy with the camera, cause we need proof you were there and we like to see before and after pictures  Goodluck

Not sure of your tire sizes, but assuming it is the std individual setup with 225/45/17 in front and 245/40/17 in the rear, i would take the pressures to 2.5bar and 2.7bar respectively

Thanks for the replies. Where do I get the stickers?

My E46 is silver with the ugliest interior you can get. Brown/maroun sports seats!

At least you have good taste in cars, BMW & LR

Mine is white, the most common looking 335 with black leather and 17" wheels still, we will be in the same class

Assuming you are talking about the tyre pressure sticker, it is supposed to be in the driver's door pillar.
How about posting some pics of your car and said interior??

I meant the BMW Fanatics sticker.

Here are some pics. I took of the back seat and door panel as you can see the colour better. Excuse the quality just took them with my BB now. :) (hope this works)

Well that interior doesn't look that bad, though I would have to see it in person.

I suppose it depends on your taste. Im not too keen on it and will look at changing it in future.

Update: I decided to change the rear brakes last night. Turns out I only needed to replace the discs as the pads have allot left on them (about 8mm). So will probably have around 150-200kms on them by Sunday. Also happy that the brake warning light has turned off as I also replaced the sensor.
Wheel alignment is done and I have (thanks to the forums) worked out how to turn the traction control off. Managed a small bit of sideways action on a quiet , disused road last night in the wet. Im quiet impressed with the balance of the car so far although I only tested it for a short distance through some corners with sand on them.
Dusted off the helmet last night also........all I need is the forum sticker for the extra 10kw and I think Im ready to make an ass out of myself. :)

Well I would buy the interior if you ever think of changing it.
