I'm in a similar situation like yours with fuel rail pressure sensor on 320d with m47n engine. The pressure value on INPA is 388-390 bar on idle like you was, witch everybody says must be around 305 bar!! Did you noticed, after the sensor swap, the pressure rail on idle went down around this value 305 bar?
