Hey Guys, I have been very quiet on here this year, for some reason work has been taking priority :flyfun:
So this year my collection has been growing. The E60 M5 is an amazing car.. unbelievable power delivery and luxury, and I love taking long journeys in her.
But this week I bought two old school E36's and Im in love all over again with Simplicity...
I needed a pool car for the office, didnt want to spend mega bucks, eventually I found a 1999 318is with 320k on the clock 2 Owners from new and FSH.. For R20k!!!!! what a car for the money, I did about 500km in her this week, awesome consumption and she isnt slow. Inside is pretty spotless. a few minor cosmetic issues, but wow what value.
AND AND
My Hunt this week for an E36 M3 finally came to an end by finding one of the early "lightweight" M3's in Joburg. Car has 185k on the clock. Owner is a complete legend and that is what made me buy the car "blind", you can tell it hasnt been abused and has hardly been used in the 13 years he has owned her. She needs a bit of restoring, and I have set aside R40k to make her all shining and pretty. She will be comeing down from JHB on a truck later this week.
Very Very excited for my E36 Adventure(s)
I will document the Journey and no doubt need your help along the way
Before you all tell me how to Mod the cars, they will both remain 100 percent stock like BMW intended
The Owner threw this in
