Of you have stock cams, those don't break in a hurry so the pressure to the cam was caused by one or more of the cylinders (i.e. piston on valve).
What baffles me is how the engine still turns:skit: That's a good sign but, either way, that engine has to be opened as additional pressure on your pistons could lead to a bent crank.
