E36 328i Starting help

I am currently busy with a E36 328i track car conversion. After stripping out the interior, I did an Auto to manual conversion. I then got the car turning over using the key and it started and ran but ran very badly and would not rev.

I then took the coils off only to discover the spark plug chambers were full of water. After cleaning them out I fitted new plugs. I have also fitted a new fuel filter and oil and oil filter. Still no luck. The car will not start now.
If I spray quick start into the intake it starts and will run as long as I continue to spray quick start into the intake.
The injectors are pulsing as I removed them and they took turns spraying fuel.
The fuel pump is getting power and is running.
New Bosch crank and cam sensors have been fitted also.

I unfortunately dont have a scan tool to read codes.

I am a complete novice so any suggestions or help would be appreciated?

I have to load it onto a trailer this weekend, to take it to the cage builder.... I will be doing this alone so it would be great/easier if I could drive it up.

Thank you.

Im pretty sure i did (arrow pointing forwards) but I will double check it.

The injectors were pulsing so I assumed there was enough fuel but do you think there is possibly too little fuel?

Well,

QUickstart introduces flammable vapour into the chamber,

If it starts with you introducing a flammable that rules out the electrics on the firing side, the computer is working fine (else you would have no spark) thus it can only be fuel.

But ya, arrow pointing forwards.

Does anyone have a scan tool and is based in or close to Randpark ridge that would be willing to come past my house and do a quick scan??
