E36 328i - Running it without exhaust

If I only have the headers on without the rest of the exhaust can I run the car for short distances? (like loading it onto a trailer etc)

100 percent fine, as long as you dont have your manifold off at the head.

will not cause any damage though for loading... just dont run it for a long time

good luck it just takes time because getting tools in there is a little tricky...

on the e36 i think you will but im not sure...

Might be able to get away with just loosening steering column
