technical E34 instrument cluster help

Hi All. Need help.

E34 520i instrument cluster problem. Fuel gauge, temp gauge, speedo and rev counter not working. Cluster looks great and can't see any signs of scratches etc. Temporary temp gauge visible.

How do I fix? Who can I consult?
