E30 specalist

Good morning all,

Can anyone direct me to to good E30 specialist in CT please. need some work done on my 1985 e30 i.e brakes very sloppy and motor needs some repaires and tunning.

How much do you plan on spending? What is your budget like?

Because you can go to the 'name-brand' workshops, but they will most likely charge R350 - R450/h.

i wouldnt want to spend too much but wont go for cheap and comprimise on quality...

Apparently my brake booster is fudged - can i replace this with one from a e36 316i? Would be a simple straight swap?

if you have some time and patience you can always diy ,its such a pleasure working on an e30 anyways,

some shops wont work on it cause they just dont have the experience , most backyard mechies will disapoint you ,the ones that dont will dissapoint you with a replacement parts list which isnt cheap either ,
