Seven days is harsh but perhaps necessary to those with former convictions.

If blood tests could be done within hours with results, while someone is being held, or if a more accurate breathalyzer was available with no possible tampering, I would vote on holding them for a certain amount of hours if found to be over the limit by a certain percentage. You did the crime, now sleep it off in a cell. No bail amount is enough to justify the possible death of an innocent road user when involved in an accident with a drunk driver who couldn't care less.

What about this idiots how are busy walking and drinking and pissing in the middle of the road?

hai maan, alcohol doesnt mix well with ill displine manners..I think once u feel tipsy, u know u r almost about to make irrational decisions..
As long as our tax will make difference when one is booked for 7 days behind bars!! Its alright
