A drag strip won't stop the illegal drags.... it's a culture. And with programmes on TV made in the USA which glorify the whole illegal scene watch are the odds that people with more money and testosterone than brains will stop doing illegal dick measur...... er.......drag racing.

Ouch! I was on that road last night at 7.30 and then at 12 , didnt see any spectators or drag racers ,
A from around 7 i think there was a massive road block though! because I was stick in it at about half 7 Cops were checking for drunk drivers .
Probably happened after they had left .

This is a crazy accident but it is not the first time this has happened and idiots are even more dom to go and take their kids to go watch this. a kid lost his life their last time.
Keep it on the track and don't be selfish, simple!
Durban needs a track bla bla bla, Gauteng has tracks close to it and illegals still happen.
It happens because people get the rush and kick out of it, and everyone cannot also act holier than thou. TLGPs and also people showing videos of how their mapped vehicles are giving it to others like videos at Hillfox etc etc.
So it is the people always...cannot blame the facilities of the area or lack thereof...it is the people.
People make the choice, if you go stand there, you are risking your life. End of story, you get a person young or old who cannot handle their high power car and one mistake leads to a wipe out.
