Good Morning All

The main reason for me not being able to do Enatis checks was because we were being audited, and I needed to get clarity on my rights to give out certain information...so in other words when and for whom am I allowed to do Enatis checks, as well as what information I am allowed to share.

Obviously for my work purposes this is not an issue as my fellow Metro Police members are allowed to get this information, but in order to assist general members of the public is where I needed the clarity.

So here is how I can assist:

1. Enatis queries can be done by me in order to assist members of the public.
2. The query must be submitted to my work email address: [email protected]
3. You need to add the following information to the email in order for me to assist you:
3a. Your name and surname.
3b. The reason for the query.
3c. Any of the following - Registration number / Full VIN number / Full Engine number / Register number.
3d. A description of the vehicle - Colour, Make, Model.
4. A contact phone number.

Once I have this information, I can assist in the Enatis query, But this is VERY important:
I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT ANY FORM OF PERSONAL INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CURRENT OWNER / PREVIOUS OWNER / CONTACT DETAILS / ADDRESS / PHONE NUMBER / ID NUMBER.

What I can give you is:
Amount of owners of the vehicle.
Was it stolen.
Last km reading on last roadworthy.
Status of the vehicle (code 2 or rebuilt)

If you guys can accept this and work with me on this, then I can once again assist from my side with the Enatis checks.

PS: Feel free to send me questions via email, who knows, I might be able to assist you in other matters in other ways as well.

Thank you

Francois
Many thanks for this. Knowing already if there are spots or notes on a vehicle helps a lot already. Also the previous mileage to determine if that was changed on the vehicle. I completely understand not being allowed to give out personal information, which is standard practice at all companies, which they will only give out if ordered to do so by court order.

This is more than sufficient and if anyone needs more than this. for one they should consider another car.

Coisman was a huge help to a friend of mine when looking to purchase his new car , I just cant thank him enough! The service he provides is immeasurable Imo , You don't really understand how important his info is until you have actually purchased and are now sitting with a lemon and nothing can describe the feeling you have when you finally find your car and his check comes up clear! :)
Thanks so much for your service to our little community. [/u]

Only a pleasure guys.

Just remember this service is not exclusive to BMWFanatics, as well as it might be stopped at any time if my employer deems it so, but for now it's full steam ahead. :pimp:
