I will not let the previous thread unfold here but I’d just like to refresh your memory, my E46 M3 came to you for an oil service.
At no point did we discuss a leak from the diff, nor did I have any oil leaks from the rear in my garage where the car stood for years.
I also have no reconciliation of your flatbed offer to bring the car back up so this is the first I hear of it.
I have only stated the facts, I cannot be accountable for your memory too.

@"Gizmo" did you lie to the new owner of the 323i motorsport you put your M52 in?
On the contrary, after pulling the M52 apart we swa the damage to the block, I was nice enough to send the pics to Karsh too so...next question.

He apparently wasn’t good at writing 24hrs ago, I’m glad the writers block has vanished and his had the time to think about a new list of excuses

You dont keep records yet you keep parts...
Parts don't get hard drive replacements.

Just a tip for future reference.
Invoices form part of financial records and should be kept for a period of 5 years minimum from date of your tax return submission so effectively 6 years from transaction date.

It would help in these situations too where your credibility is in question yet you criticize the memory of others.

Look whos talking.....the "adult" who swops diffs without clients permission, fits used parts without telling them etc etc etc...

Warren with all due respect, please stop making excuses and playing victim. The victims here are your clients. Your responses via whatsapp messages confirms your admission to guilt.

No no hang on...

I used that car daily to Johannesburg and back.
I used it the very same day the new owner came to test drive it.

The day the new owner fetched it the car was not used from the previous day. So the new owner experienced cold start.
No issues and the car started on the turn, everytime.

He brought the car to you from centurion for a "check Up". I get told the car does not want to start and the motor is toast.

People who know me know the type of cars i buy and the condition it must be in.
Why would i sell a car with a toast engine to a fanatic?

It was very convenient that you had another engine with you that you tried to get rid off.

The pics you sent was close up and the gaskets where rusted to shit which looked like it was odds and ends you picked up that was laying outside for a while.

You went on forums making me look like a chancer and created false impressions of me to people in public.

You are a poes...you will always be one. I hope you get whats coming to you and people see you for what you really are.

Lekker

the new owner is a good guy....you actually used him for your own personal gain.
In turn you messed up our friendship. He practically lives down the road from me.

I even offered him his money back if he thinks i took him for a ride.

It is what it is....what ever happened to that engine i will never know

Well since parts are being sold off peoples cars without them knowing, that motor Gizmo had laying around which was sold to put in the 323i, could have been someone else's "toast" motor and the motor out the car you sold, kept for the next victim with a "toast" engine

See a pattern here

Sounds like a chop shop to me

Hold on a sec buddy, so you fitted a leaking diff onto Mark's car so that Moose wouldnt know about the placebo effect of a non leaking diff? If you did him such a wonderful "service" would you not have billed him for this? Why did Mark have to tell Moose that his diff was on his car, surely Mark would not voluntary swop a perfectly fine diff for a leaking one? Comeon dude, your whole life on the forum, you're always playing victim...someone provoked you into this response, or someone questioned your work blah blah blah....Grow a pair and just admit to doing wrong, as the screenshots have already shown.

I know this seems like days of our lives to some people, but this is sounding more like South Park.

There is an episode of South Park where Cartman and Jimmy write a joke. As the episode progresses Cartman becomes more and more convinced that he wrote the joke to the extent that he genuinely believes the lies in his mind.

Gizmo - I think it is better to just stop typing. Whatever doubt anyone had left about you has by now been removed not by anyone accusing you but by you yourself with your own words. Maybe one day you will really think about it and see this. The things that have come up are damning. You are worried about yourself and defending yourself you aren't seeing what damage it has done to others. You also don't see what this has done to yourself. You type with words of remorse and making mistakes but in the next breath it is clear that you still blame Karsh or Moose or whoever for this happening to you.

Karsh, Moose that is very rough and again abuse of the trust and confidence - if Gizmo said Karsh was a liar or did his mate down, it at least raised questions because of his 'status' as an expert... (people used to even say Gizmo earned his ability or right to be arrogant - mods & admins? remember?)

Karsh and Moose are subject to those questions because they didn't enjoy that status. This shows how that status can be abused (and it seems the message hasn't yet sunk in that it has now totally been obliterated since the attitude is dripping from every post). Meanwhile Gizmo with someone's diff in his possession by his own admission, removed without permission and subject to the drama above? In his mind he is not a thief (and don't dare say so) and clear of conscience (must be nice to so easily clear your conscience and your only cross to bear is now rebuilding a business)... Meanwhile relationships are destroyed, fights, arrogance and insults ensue with people impacted by this. This issue itself has festered for 5 years. This is surely the definition of TOXIC.

The intention of this thread was the opposite of this discussion... but anyway I suppose with no other outlet it was bound to come here.
