@Kaka, what gains were achieved with the STO software.

Well my car is an auto and thats the shlap. So we had to put an extremely mild map.
At the wheels the car had 101.1kw @4423rpm and 242nm @2818rpm
after the first map it got big gains but the gearbox light came on....Finally after a few hours and 14runs and countless maps we were happy with 105.9kw @3796rpm and 316nm @2800rpm.
So yes i wasn't completely satisfied but i am happy that i got this.
The in gear acceleration is awesome. Overtaking power is brilliant.
Smokes the tyres pretty well :rollsmile:

putting 165kw with 510nm torque at the wheels.. last time i was near a dyno..

Guys you're showing good gains! I will do my egr delete and swirl flap removal next week. My car is currently in for touchup work after I fitted the mtech II bumper. I also still need to replace the r/rear wheelbearing and right front hub. I just picked up the 18" CSL rims from steven:rollsmile: and will do tyre fitment saturday or monday morning. Wheel alignment will follow replacing the wheelbearings.

I'll say around 145+kw n 420+nm on that spec... :thumbs:

i would be happy with 135kw and 400nm. just like the first e46 330D.

im sure that if they went agressive with the map that the tuners could get more, but I need the car as a daily driver, so it has to be reliable.

i dont want a car thats gonna blow its turbo after a few kms with a crazy tune done on it.

Here's mine. 2004 330d, remap by Excede PE branch to 192kw and 510nm. The engine was just rebuild by Clutchplate in E.L. to brand new as it indulge one swirl flap. Received the car yesterday and I am in love all over again. Hope all of you enjoy your oil burners like I enjoy mine.

Hi guys, got my car now for a few weeks. Actually, its in today to get the last niggles sorted.

2005 320d with 130000 km on.

extras is rear pdc, sunroof,
rain sensors on wipers and auto on head lights (I think those are extras)
And some wheels I dont know the type of but I like.
