Howzit guys,

Did I make a huge rookie error. Or am I all good.

I bought this K&N airfilter off autostyle.

http://www.autostyle.co.za/vehicle-...ts/model-06upwards/k-n-bmw-e90-4cylinder.html

I mean its advertised as E90 4cylider engine. I have a 320d 4inline, so i assumed it would work.

So now on the DIY i have read the filters look significantly different.

So i googled the filter after i got the thing. Pulled up the K&N website:
http://store.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?prod=e-2021

Now it gives me a list of the models it fits.

K&N E-2021 applications:

So all you do is when you get the right one, put the sticker thats in there in the other box.

if they wont take it back you can sell it on the forum :) and buy the Diesel one...

Yeah well if im stuck with it I will definitely sell it. But people are going to try hustle :p .

Are you in the market for one perhaps :fencelook:

Haha no coiseman, its like the sticker that seals the box shut, which the put on in the factory so you can know it hasn't been tampered with, so I don't think they are going to take it back.

But if they don't take it back, I'll just put the K&N sticker on my car and settle with only 10kw gain. (before some one comments I'm not going to get any gains with the filter. I am not expecting any.)

I cant see why they wont take it back? :dunno:
Well, good luck anyway, and by the way, it wont work on my E46 either, and I already have the flat K&N filter in my airbox.

Yes especially after all the shit they put me through.

They put joburg on the address not cape town, so for 2 hours of giving the courier street names to find, and him giving me street names to find, and we both couldnt pick them up on our gps. I was like "Fuck bru, im at the bottom of table mountain, wheeere the hell are you?" And he just starts laughing and was like "I'm in joburg":biglol:

So autostyle said they would refund me for the courier and also give me a discount on my next order. So they owe me one.
