Also had the same prob with my E36 once, but i put everything back in the plastic and box and they took it back no hassle.

U need to know your consumer rights... It can be returned provided its not used as its not fit for purpose.they may not refund you but should offer a credit note.Cmon guys, this is what I mean when I say that SA consumers are at the mercy of the retailers and this must never be the case.

Yeah but i was worried because i broke the factory seal, now do they have to ship that back to the factory to get resealed ? I mean i'd be a bit worried if i ordered something and the factory seal was broken... But the filter is still sealed in its plastic so the next owner wont mind.
