If you have older E46 branches without cats what do you do with the extra O2 sensors to make your ecu happy?

Cat foolers... ?:mmm:

You will have a hard time fooling a wideband O2... Do you need to remove both pre- and post-cat O2s? I would not suggest removing the pre-cat sensors (those that live in the branches.) Just have them weld in a bung or get a M18 by 1.5mm pitch nut, and weld that in, then you can screw the O2 sensor in that.

i was thinking the pre cat sensors should be put in but im not sure what is supposed to happen to that post cat sensors...
im trying to sell my old branches but i need to advise on how the conversion will happen...

from what i can see all you have to do is get an extension pipe because the catted branches are longer and cat foolers are these fooler easily available?

If I am not mistaken don't you need the cat foolers only for the post cat sensors, where the pre cat sensors can just be put back into the branch like normal.
