I drove the car today - was a bit fresh outside.

Managed to get some nice shots of the BMW at Mall of Africa.

And then I headed off to Zwartkops where my brother and his mates where testing out their electric car for the Shell Eco Mobility Challenge in London. They designed and engineered the car themselves - the manufacture of the shell was outsourced, it is made from Kevlar and carbon fibre. They had to do some test laps there. Being winter it got a bit dark so I drove behind the the eco car as a "light car".

I find the engineering fascinating on these eco run cars they every bit as focused as a race car just in a different direction

in so sure I would want to drive one in competition though would probably not be able to preserve enough energy to make to the end lol
