Crashed M3***PICS ADDED

So last week Saturday (a day before the run in cape town) i put my beautiful ///M into a ditch on the franschhoek pass. It doesn't seem to serious but wasn't drivable as the oil cooler was taken off along with the bumper. Getting the quote tomorrow. Will send pics soon!!!

****UPDATE***
Was driving up the pass, first hairpin, second gear traction control off. I live in franschhoek so i've done this many times before. Tail came out nicely, then the back tires caught traction and i wasn't able to save it. No injuries so can't complain too much. Fact is, with a car like the ///M3 when you get it right its perfect but over step the mark slightly and your in the ditch, LITERALLY!

Very twisty road... Very dangerous to lose control of a vehicle in some areas... You'll end up having a 'rolly-polly' nevermind a pizza or pancake....

@ clownshoe, it was at the first hairpin close to haute cabriere (as you go up from franschhoek.) There are a lot worse places to have a mishap on the pass. So very lucky i guess!!

Ya mate i think you're right. I think when the back started coming around too much i tapped off then put the gas back on. Silly! But like you say better to drive it hard than not at all. Just put a "new" gearbox in 3 days before...arrrgggg!!

Do you guys recon it will be as much as 74K????? fucken hell...
