RE: 320d problemsHi, Im new to this and newto a forum but bm blood flow through my veins! Drive my 3rd beemer(2006, 523i sport) and only happy miles. My father thou dav a 2001 320d. About a year ago had heating problems, parked it immediately thinkingit was a top gasket blown, we brought it to my15 year mac who i trust with my cars who says its a shot watercooler or oilcoolerproblem, not sure that cost R15k, this have to be fixed before he can see if the engine got damaged from overhaeting. Has anyone heard of this? this is likedeath in the family for us. My father now need to sell it for spares rather than forking out potentially R40k. Any advice?
