Corsa C Ute - Another Toy Story

Update Jun-26 to Sep-26:
No major updates to report. The Ute has been in almost daily use, coupled with the required work trips to Fourways 3x/week.

In July, it was time for a service, so I cleaned the Air Filter, inspected the Pollen Filter (still good), new oil and oil filter, and also did a brake fluid flush. Some pics below:

In between work trips, the Ute has also been involved in some heavy hauling. We towed a trailer and some possessions to the East Rand Motor Show in July. Thereafter my brother-in-law was using it to haul the engine crane to his place, followed by weeks of work on a Ford Ranger 3.2. This involved removing the engine and swapping for an exchange unit, amongst other things.

Once back at my place, the Ute has been doing weekly loads of scaffolding, shelving and car spares to a storage unit (more on this elsewhere if I have the patience to share that saga).

Anyways, as usual, the past few months have reaffirmed that I need a Ute in my life, and this Ute continues to deliver without issues, but with lots of smiles at the same time.

Not sure what's planned before the end of 2026, probably a good detail again.

Thanks for reading.
