Colour Matching mineral white

Hi Fanatics,

I've recently made a purchase of a mineral white e92. The car is neat and clean, however the bumper has been sprayed, I suspect stone chips as it has none and the side mirrors still have stone chips. Took it to Alphabody works and they confirmed none of the bonnet bolts and fitting have ever been removed, so no signs of accident history. The bumper is slightly darker than the rest of the paint which is bugging me. Alpha body works quoted me, I've only heard good things about them. Do you think its possible for them to get the match right and are there any other places you would recommend in CPT?

Thanks

I klapped a guinea fowl on the N2 3 years ago. Car was repaired by JCF Motors Panel Beaters in Claremont, they sourced a bumper and sprayed it. Excellent work.

Most reputable places can replicate mineral white well, provided they can see the car and match it by eye, as matching based on the colour code doesnt work so well on colours with reflective elements contained within the paint.

In order for it not to look obvious, they will need to blend into the panels around it, then cut and polish to create some element of uniformity.
I have had seen some terrible colour blending work on the roads and in parking lots.

Do your research on a place who will not only match properly, but wont complain to fix it, if youre not happy.
