It also doesn't matter what SMG tells their database what to bring as a gift. It's better than nothing.

To all the other guys who don't want to understand.... when Fanatics go out and "beg" people and businesses for donations, we represent the BMW Fanatics with all our heart and soul and we want to be proud of the Fanatics.
No good that the Fanatics are not even mentioned in the SMG mailout.

And btw.... who brought SMG to the Fanatics at Nazareth run?
It was a Fanatic .... afterwards it's easy to go there and get them to donate again.
What irritates me is the way it's done because our BMW Fanatic community is left out.

Having said that, I will drop whatever donations Natascha and I have collected so far with the Richwood Care Home .... in the name of the BMW Fanatics community of course and you all can have a nice social event on the 15th with the BMW Car Club

My plan is to get a few of these printed and then also have the wish list printed on the back with my contact details. Then I want to go to a few places, have a chat with who ever is in charge and leave them one of these so they can get back to me. Hopefully I can get something.

Again, I just want to say thanks to Uber Soldat for the help... I had changes made 3 times :mmm: , but he was very cool and spend hours on it. :thumb:

I'm trying to pull all the info together so we know where we stand. Please PM me what you wish to donate and I will update the thread for everyone to see what's left.

I think we should print out some directions to give to everyone when at SMG before we leave. I know from past experience how easy it is to loose the group when driving somewhere either because of traffic or traffic lights. Just a little A5 page with direction and maybe GPS coordinates as well. Is anyone willing to help with this?

Speak to anyone you know and use the flyer with your contact details on the back so people can come back to you if they want to donate anything. (Will add it to the first post of the thread).

Don't get it wrong..... your contribution is VERY appreciated, BUT why didn't you just donate the cash....

2 coffee mugs for 27 people or one bath towel or 3 dish cloth is what i was afraid of that would be donated just as of "anything is better than nothing"

We need serious help not throwing ANYTHING at them :argh:

Please reconsider using the goods in your own house / environment

Put yourself in a situation where you have 27 people living in one household ....... close your eyes..... imagine.......

Now come up with your ideas :ty:
