It seems it is the week of the exhausts on the forum. We have successfully finalized the prototype of the production exhaust we will be releasing to our customers. Various designs have been tested and we eventually decided to go with a design that makes the most average power through the rpm range with the least amount of rasp.
Please note that the below final dyno run has been made without any software and is a indication of what our bolt on system will produce within the stock rpm limiter range. When chipped cars are reved higher the overall gain will appear to be higher as peak is reached further up the rev range. The next step is to tune the sofware for fueling, timing and make Vanos adjustments electronically to maximize the extra flow.
