Car wont move forward or reverse

I own a 325i e90 sport for the past 5 years. Just a month ago when I was driving home after work I could smell something burning from the front then a few meters my car started losing power up to a point where it stopped totally. When I put it in Gear 1 or reverse, the car wont move instead it will just rev high. Gears are not stuck or anything but the car wont move forward or reverse. Mileage is 164000 Please help. Ashley

Sounds like clutch yes, clutches on the E90 don't last. BMW replaced 5 for me under plan :fencelook:

265 000 kms on my e90 and still on my original clutch :thumbs:

Thanks guys guess I will have to get a new clutch. They don't come cheap. Any suggestions where I can get one at a decent price?
