I was thinking that we all meet at the Caltex under new road on the N1 going towards Pretoria at about 10:30 maybe grab a cup of coffee and then leave at 11 ish to go to the event? Any other ideas or meeting points that someone might have?

ok guys sorry I have been busy with exams but I did send the organisers an email. awaiting their response. if we do have it, lets make it awesome. for each catergory that we can enter, we can have a vote for maybe the top3 cars that we can enter etc just a thought? we can have banners etc on display and hand out flyers.

great idea but remember if we entering we need to leave earlier to setup and organise things. dependent on what cars and space we available maybe we can do for example an M generation display e30 e36 e46 e92

Caltex at new road is just as close and easier to spot, especially those not familiar with the area. Also less confusing with the 2 shells by samrand.
