Car leaking oil big time

Hi guys

Does anyone know any bmw mechanics in the edenvale area or near here?

I started my car this morning and it is jus leaking oil from the bottom big time. The covers n everything is messed in the bottom.

I am hoping its not an expensive fix at all

Is it red oil? Most likely it's power steering oil.

What color oil is it ? Could be a leaking or burst pipe?

E46 M3's like to blow out their main power steering hose. Im pretty sure that is the case here, don't drive it anywhere else you will destroy your power steering pump. Call a flatbed.

Get it on a flat bed and take it to Alberton. Gizmo has worked on many E46 M3s belonging get to forum members here:coolShake:

In edenvale i would use SavSpeed for all BMW work outside of motorplan

it's well a gold/blackish colour, could be my engine oil.

it's a e46 m3

hi guys,

managed to get it sorted and source the problem.

it was the Vanos and tapets that were leaking.

the guy who originally replaced the Vanos before i got the car is busy sorting it out for me.

it is still under guarantee as it was done around 4 months ago
