Can a Turbo 325i still hold its own?

Hi! I have a 325i e36 M50 savspeed turbo now i am wondering if it can still hold its ground against some of the newer stuff?
I obliterate GTI's at the lights but i am sure a 335 with some mods will kill me?
Can anyone confirm what i think?

You can try against my e46 M3 with Supercharger. I will run low boost 4psi for now. Moving to 9psi soon.

Maybe we organize a test at a test facility and see. Invite some x35i guys with mods.

If you pushing 434Bhp you will stand with allot more then a 335i, you shouldnt be scared with anything normal on the road with that beast

Is that 434bhp to the wheels or flywheel? And what boost you running to achieve that. That is strong, will definitely be a handful. Got a nice ride there!

A well sorted 335 will be a big ask.
Although I hear that recently a Laguna Seca M3 annihilated an 8 speed one by some +2car lengths.

Hoosain's 335 is also a strong candidate (the tyre people in his neighborhood have even allocated his own lift).

To make power and be able to put it on the ground is the trick and a lot of that depends on chassis design and not just fat takkies.

However 486bhp is a very respectable number

No this is a white one 323kw and 500 nm T70 1.3 bar avgas on The wheels

That is +400bhp...impressive to say the least.

If you can get the power down I am of the opinion that you will be able to account for yourself.

However keep in mind that there is always a guy with a quicker car ,more money,a prettier girlfriend. :)
