Anybody done the above mods?
Are they just a waste of time? Is it just for the extra noise?

I did de cat on my e46 318i gives a slight tinny sound when cold :shy:

i did branch n free flow on my 318is.... sounds much better + got some better performance and iv asked around and CAI hardly makes any difrence in terms of performance. If u just want the sound u could just try a cone filter i guess

Are you perhaps asking about the "sound-loudness" because you want to wake up the place, and have it renamed "Wakkerstad"?? :rollsmile:
