Will sell the 540.

Can't have that, the M5, the 2002 and the Lancer.

That's getting a bit much and then I am back to having a parking problem.

hmmmm....this is a tough one bud

is the m5 really that much difference to the 540 on maintenance?

im sorry but i absolutely love a 2002 so i cant see myself giving up on that project:inlove:

Big difference in maintenance. The 540 is actually pretty cheap to run.

The e34 M5 not so much. Most of the parts are ex Germany, and just because it is an ///M.....well you get where this is going.

I probably will not give up the 2002. Just maybe take a bit longer with the rebuild.

Not a word for weeks out of the man, and then this.

Haha, I knew you were going to say that Uber.

I would definitely buy her back. Its the type of car that will only appreciate with time.

One thing though... I would ditch them white wall taxi tyres :yuck:

LOL, I don't think you realise what you've just done. ;)

Those are the original M5 wheels, called Turbines, very rare. Visually though, they are not to everyones taste.

Wait wait wait wait with the raining of the downs Uber..

So, potential plan of action 1:

-Sell 540
-Buy M5, use as daily drive.
-Take a little bit longer with 2002

Or, plan of action 2:

-Don't sell 540
-Endure the wrath of the E34 mafia
-Hate yourself forever

Edited your option 2 slightly

The E34 M5 is such an iconic thing and the potential of that very strong engine to become something demonic is always something that can actually happen!

I say, buy it!

uber,on twice in one thread:roflol:

too be honest,i wouldnt know what to do either, the question i would ask myself is how the car has been looked after since you sold it,and why is the current owner selling it?maybe its needs more work on it and is going to cost a lot, like i said tough choice.

hope you make the right one:thumbs:

Car is actually in the same condition as when I sold it back in 2006. Actually, the leather is now better.

Perfectly kept

I saw the car not so long ago.

Reason for selling. money issue
