Hi Guys,

Can you help us with some logistics for the day!

Since we are not going to arrive at the same time, can we confirm a time and place to meet for greetings and a short drive before the braai?

We're really hoping the weather is going to be great - kids have never been to the Rietvlei dam before - looking forward!

Thank yous pals!

I Recon we meet up at 11 for the Braai, after everyone has done the drive thing at their own pace & in their own time :)

I dont know the place, so dont know the specifics of where we are meeting up in regards to the driveing sections etc..

Maybe we need a map

Ok, so I was thinking we maybe set a time to meet at the main gate, so taht we can maybe do a few pics before we enter the reserve. :joy:

So I will be there at 07:30 for 08:00. The gates are open as from 06:00, but I think that time even the animals will still be under the blankets.

After we enter the reserve, I think we can all peel off into our own directions. There is a BIG network of roads to choose, here is a link to the map: http://www.tshwane.gov.za/Services/...serve/Documents/A3 Rietvlei Brosjure 2011.pdf

Now the last time I was there, we braai'ed at the bottom picnic site, as on the map, the one next to the small dam, and with the bird hyde close by.

We can meet up there from 10:30 - 11:00. If there is anything else, PLEASE ask. :thumb:
